Plumbing Van Stock and Vehicle Photos Checklist
by Joe Azzaro, from the Community
This checklist helps plumbing teams verify van stock, safety equipment, and vehicle condition before and after assigning a technician a new vehicle. Record ladders, power tools, torches, hole saws, drain cleaning gear, cords, and site supplies. Review safety items including LOTO, roadside and first aid kits, masks, rope, hearing protection, hard hats, cut resistant gloves, vests, and fall protection. Capture vehicle details such as make, model, VIN, mileage, and cleanliness, and confirm gas card, insurance, and registration are present. Take photos of the front, driver, passenger, and rear, and note any damage. Include Bluetooth hands free setup checks to ensure safe operation.
