Use this PPE compliance inspection sheet to verify workers are equipped with appropriate protection on site. Check head and eye protection (including double eye where required), hearing protection in designated areas, correct gloves for manual tasks, respiratory protection for dust, mist, or fumes, and suitable footwear. Confirm hi-vis clothing outside the office, proper harness use at height, correct lanyard selection for 100% tie off, additional protective clothing as needed, and PFDs where applicable.
