This residential assessment guides a full comfort and home performance evaluation. It covers moisture risks, insulation levels, thermal envelope conditions, ventilation systems, building pressure, combustion safety, blower door testing, thermal imaging, and HVAC duct leakage. The checklist supports load matching and evaluates airflow, humidity control, and indoor air quality across rooms. Findings summarize envelope and duct effectiveness, pressure control, HVAC performance, comfort, and IAQ. Results inform recommendations and align with an HVAC system report.
