Use this COM18 contractor induction template to onboard contractors and confirm all safety documentation is in place before work starts. Cover fire and emergency actions, first aid, welfare facilities, incident and near miss reporting, site security, permit to work and hot work procedures, required PPE, safe work at heights, and general site safety including housekeeping, electrical work, tool use, protecting landlord property, and penalties for non-compliance. Capture photos of IDs and sign-off sheets, and document the inductor name, date, and contractor details to complete the induction.
