Confirm correct paint type and color, inspect plaster repairs, sanding, and smoothness, and check cornice, arches, and woodwork for consistent coverage. Verify masking, overspray cleanup, and removal or refitting of fixtures. Document primer and finish coats, ensure uniform thickness and texture, and note any runs, sags, blisters, or visible joints. Capture defects, site cleanliness, internal and external damages, and add photos and comments. Includes sign off with supervisor signature, date, and time.
