Deze VCA werkplekinspectie checklist helpt bij het systematisch controleren van werkplekken. Beoordeel vergunningen en instructies, voer LMRA uit, verifieer noodprocedures, en controleer PBM zoals werkkleding, veiligheidsschoenen, helm, gehoor- en oogbescherming en handschoenen. Inspecteer gereedschap, materieel, ladders en trappen op geldige keuring en staat, en controleer werkplektoegang, verlichting, orde en afzetting. Neem directe maatregelen, registreer vervolgstappen met actiehouder en datum, en sluit af met bespreking in werkoverleg en handtekening van de inspecteur.
