Confirm all required documentation is submitted to the superintendent, including building and occupancy permits, inspection certificates, instruction manuals, and warranty certificates for installed plant and equipment. Provide up to date as built drawings in PDF and native formats, the BIM model, and evidence of quality assurance activities, final inspections, and testing. Include title and PPSA certificates, the contractor’s practical completion certificate, and asbestos removal and demolition clearances with air monitoring reports.
