This CDM audit checklist helps construction teams inspect sites against CDM 2015 requirements. Review site setup, signage, access and egress, welfare, documentation, and emergency plans. Verify inductions, toolbox talks, and training records. Check equipment and registers including scaffolds, lifting gear, PUWER, LOLER, PAT and temporary works. Assess H&S controls for working at height, hot works, confined spaces, plant and vehicles, COSHH, lifting operations, asbestos, manual handling, dust, noise, HAVS, housekeeping and waste. Record hazards, assign actions, and document handover.
