CDM Health and Safety Inspection Checklist

This CDM health and safety inspection template helps construction teams audit compliance with CDM 2015. It covers site-wide controls, security and traffic management, PPE and emergency procedures, fire safety, existing and overhead services, electrical safety, working at height (ladders, scaffolds, MEWPs), lifting operations, mobile plant and vehicles, machinery and tools, chemicals and COSHH, asbestos, demolition and deconstruction, structural stability, excavations and groundworks, confined spaces, dust, noise and vibration, manual handling, temporary works, and site documentation (F10, HSE poster, CPP, RAMS, permits, registers). Welfare facilities and good practice notes are included, with conclusions and recommendations.
