Social Apartment Functionality Inspection Checklist
by Jason Barnes, from the Community
This Social Apartment Functionality Inspection checklist helps verify the operation and safety of residential units before handover or during maintenance. It covers general services, lighting and sockets, smoke detectors, heating controls and TRVs, MVHR ventilation tests, and HIU cupboard checks including consumer unit labeling, isolation switches, trace heating and pipework lagging. It also guides inspections of kitchens, bathrooms and cloakrooms for taps, overflows, plugs, toilets, towel rails and shaver sockets. Use it to capture comments, record references and ensure consistent, compliant inspections.
