Description

This is to be used when doing your walk round with the GC site managers. This is simply to make your job easier as the Excel spreadsheet is not user friendly. Once completed this information should be transferred onto the Amazon Excel format and Word Narrative document and issued to stuart.jameson@gleaveqs.co.uk before 12pm on a Friday. This template must not be sent to anyone outside Gleave without authorisation.
