ALG Assessment Services Property Report

This property report template supports assessment of residential buildings for insulation and related works. Capture tenant and client details, property type and heating, and note required insulation such as cavity walls, loft, draught proofing, underfloor, and internal wall. Document structural condition, damp or water damage, ventilation adequacy, and building defects with photos.
