Check for asbestos controls, permits and licenses, dust and ground contamination, and verify documentation including inductions, toolbox talks, permits, risk assessments, method statements, training, lifting registers and plans, construction phase plan, waste documentation, and temporary works. Rate items from Excellent to Unacceptable or mark N/A, add comments, and capture signatures for the roll-out manager and onsite supervisor.
