Use this Top Fruit QC Harvest Assessment template to evaluate harvest quality across orchards and varieties. Record weather, unacceptable rots and internal defects, major issues such as bruising, bitter pit, scab, scald or necrosis, sun scorch, cracks or stem splits, rough russet, major blemishes, and pest damage with percentages. Capture minor defects including bruises, blemishes, punctures, hail damage, and russet. Assess color using charts, log size profiles across below 55 mm, 55-65 mm, 65-75 mm, and above 75 mm, and check picking quality with evidence. Add comments to standardize orchard checks and support post harvest quality control.
