Site Visit Report for Quarterly or Additional Visits

This site visit report template is designed for quarterly or extra inspections of landscaped and outdoor areas. It guides users to define the visit purpose, note the site supervisor and last visit date, and document observations with photos. Checklist items cover litter picking, borders and landscaped areas, kerb edges, hedges and shrubs, lawns and edging, and weed control. Health and safety prompts help identify hazards such as trip or fire risks and record what needs raising. The template also captures items to discuss with supervisors and issues to report back, and includes sign off fields for the site visitor and site representative.
