by Neil Croker, from the Community
The QATC Operational Maintenance of Machinery Log Book supports AHCMOM204 training. Use it to document pre-use and routine checks on basic machinery, including PPE, radiator and cooling, belts and guards, air filters, engine oil, fuel, lights and indicators, tyres and wheels, and cabin condition. Capture odometer/hour meter readings, start/finish times, machine ID, comments, and photos. Complete logs for each use and sign off to support training and compliance.
