FPC Accommodation Self-Assessment Checklist

Use this self-assessment checklist to help growers evaluate on-farm worker accommodation against regulatory requirements and good practice benchmarks. It guides you through legal framework checks, site layout and spacing, room size and furnishings, heating, lighting and ventilation, sanitary and toiletry facilities, laundry and cooking areas, potable water, waste and drainage, pest control, security, and health and fire safety. The checklist also covers first aid, access to medical facilities, leisure and transport, site management and inductions, and reporting and remedial actions.
