Use this monthly cleaning record to document sweeping and washing of laneways, roads, and surrounding areas across grain sites. Track cleaning at grain intake lanes, warehouses, outloading bins, fire pump house, railside and processing plant access roads, carparks, and the main office road. Record methods (street sweeper or hose or pressure washer), enter dates, and note reasons for any missed tasks. Capture notes and media for hazards or areas needing attention. Follow relevant JSEAs, work instructions, and required PPE, complete pre-starts, and close out when all areas are clean. One record is required per month.
