This daily warehouse inspection checklist helps teams verify safe, efficient operations across storage and handling areas. Inspect block stacks for alignment and height limits, confirm pallet racking condition and secure wrapping, and check pallets and stock for damage. Review housekeeping standards including lighting, clear aisles and exits, and removal of debris and plastic. Assess safety around battery change or refuel areas, dock levellers, dock doors, and stretch wrapper stations. Log issues, assign corrective actions with due dates and comments, and complete the report with an inspector signature to maintain ongoing compliance and safety.
