This Level 1 visual inspection template helps crews assess the condition of unsealed roads and document issues affecting safety and usability. Capture location, chainage, terrain, cross-fall and formation details, then evaluate defects such as loss of fines, gravel loss, corrugations, potholes, rutting, and erosion.
