This UK RFFS WG6 template supports incident commanders and safety officers in managing fuel and other liquid spill events. It guides users through an Analytical Risk Assessment, confirming tactical mode, isolating ignition sources and aircraft systems, establishing cordons and evacuation, and notifying ATC and environmental agencies. Capture fuel type, leak source and form, spill growth, bunding status, pollution pathway, and control measures using a risk and pollution control hierarchy. Record decontamination needs, foam application and safety briefings, operational delays, casualties, and formal handover to airfield operations or contractors.
