Use this Triton closed circuit rebreather build checklist to prepare for safe dives. Verify oxygen tank content and pressure, CFM valve response, and diluent and bailout gas mixtures. Check Monox PPO display and Shearwater computer power, battery status, and calibration in air. Inspect and assemble the scrubber canister with correct O-rings and perform positive and negative pressure tests. Fit counter lungs and loop, test loop integrity and gas flow. Confirm electronics connections, BCD and ADV operation, complete a 5 minute pre breathe, and run final pre dive safety checks including O2 and diluent flushes.
