Use this weekly checklist to inspect a fire department tower ladder truck for safety, readiness, and maintenance. Review general condition, fluids, tires, cab interior, gauges, lights, and communications. Confirm SCBA bottles and masks, thermal camera, multi gas meter, flashlights, and rescue gear are operational. Check pump panel, hoses, nozzles, water tank, fittings, hydrant bag, generators, lighting, EMS kit including oxygen and medications, RIT equipment, fans, ladders, saws, extinguishers, cord reel, and electrical tools. Verify stabilizers, bucket, safety belts, aerial operation, and warning lights.
