TfNSW Weekly Temporary Traffic Management Inspection

Use this TfNSW Form 503 checklist to conduct weekly inspections of temporary traffic management at roadwork sites. The form guides a desktop review of the Traffic Management Plan and Traffic Guidance Scheme, then a site inspection covering signage placement and size, delineation, registered trailers and VMS, temporary speed zones, portable traffic control devices, traffic controller positioning, access and egress, and termination signs. It finishes with confirmation that the worksite operates safely, key TTM risks are addressed, and that shift or daily inspections have been completed.
