by christopher ridihalgh, from the Community
This Fire Tender 192 inspection checklist helps fire departments verify apparatus readiness before duty. Review engine compartment fluids, belts, hoses, and battery; check cab controls, lights, siren, radios, and emergency lighting; confirm reference materials such as Haz-Mat, map, and NIOSH books are on board; inspect SCBAs and spare cylinders; verify hydrant bag, hoses, adapters, nozzles, and tools; and check rear compartments for fans, generators, ladders, ropes, and other equipment. Use for daily or shift-change inspections to maintain safety and operational compliance.
