Assess preflight staging and interior and exterior condition, document catering and passenger preferences, and note delays, turbulence, diversions, and landing quality. Capture arrival timing, ground transportation, and post flight items such as WiFi, lav and potable water, XM radio, and other maintenance issues. Include hangar and FBO information, aircraft security, stock levels, service ratings, and final crew comments for debrief.

Contractor Post Flight Report
This contractor post flight report template helps charter operators document key post-flight tasks and observations. Capture flight and trip details, client and crew info, and the CSA completing the checklist. Verify and record galley cleaning, restocking, and removal of perishables; note any items needed for the next attendant. Inspect cabin seats, tray tables, lighting, doors, woodwork, and interior surfaces, attaching photos of blemishes and logging issues reported to the crew or QC. Check entertainment, WiFi, Airshow, XM radio, sat phone, and passenger control panels, noting any inoperative systems. Service and reset the lavatory, replenish toiletries, and confirm proper function. Summarize passenger experience, catering accuracy, preferences, and any left items to ensure charter readiness.
