Conduct focused safety walks across depots using this SLT checklist to verify compliance and good practice. Review SHEQ boards and documentation, confirm access to risk assessments, and check LEV on chop saws. Assess fire management, alarms, signage, emergency contacts, and fire doors. Verify first aid coverage and visibility, safe stock and racking, lighting, roller doors, temperature control, and break facilities. Inspect PPE and RPE stocks, forklift condition, gas cylinder storage, asbestos management, waste segregation, and welfare areas. Capture issues, actions, and responsible persons during the walk.
