This Selector Observation Form helps supervisors evaluate order selectors in distribution centers and warehouses. Assess key behaviors such as handling cases properly, stacking cases upright on pallets, safe lifting technique, sounding the horn at intersections, removing forks before wrapping, applying tight top-to-bottom stretch wrap that incorporates the pallet, printing labels to the correct printer, and correct use of the Vocollect unit.
