Truck and Trailer Post-Demonstration Checklist
by Hazel Haines, from the Community
This post-demonstration checklist helps sales demonstrators safely pack down and secure a truck and trailer after a demo. Record client and site details, contacts, and decision makers. Follow key steps: empty hopper, lower and power off equipment, replace control panel covers, winch trailer and tow bar to full height, lock pins, release winch strain, position the truck tow bar, lower the trailer onto the tow bar, lock with a padlock, reattach chains, reconnect the lights power lead, and take photos before departure. Finish by capturing signatures and dates. Intended as a starting point and not a substitute for professional advice.
