This Port Administration Workplace Inspection Checklist helps supervisors and safety teams review port office and facility conditions for compliance and risk control. It covers access and egress, emergency equipment and evacuation details, fire prevention and extinguishers, first aid readiness, office amenities and lighting, building walkways and drainage, electrical safety and RCDs, housekeeping and spill kits, manual handling and storage, hazardous chemicals and SDS management, fleet and vehicle checks, signage, and environmental controls. Findings that cannot be fixed now should be escalated for action tracking and sent to the accountable manager and the health, safety, and training team for follow up.
