Template Patroli DCMR dirancang untuk operasional patroli keamanan di DC Mekar Raya. Checklist mencakup titik pemeriksaan area luar (pos satpam, parkir karyawan, supplier, tamu, armada, belakang gedung, genset), area dalam lantai 1 (lobi masuk, receiving, return, ruang admin, jalur warehouse blok A–C, distribusi/loading, ruang tengah dan CCTV), lantai 2 (mushola, loker, ruang chief, IT, meeting, ruang istirahat/makan OB, kantor dan training OB), serta atap gedung (dak dan tandon/toren). Termasuk verifikasi APAR di tiap checkpoint (kondisi tabung, jarum tekanan, selang, segel) untuk memastikan kesiapan darurat. Gunakan form ini untuk mencatat temuan, status aman/tidak aman, dan tindakan perbaikan agar keamanan gudang tetap terjaga sepanjang shift.
