Network Lead Checklist

Use this checklist to capture key details for network lead assessments at container recycling depots. Document depot type, equipment such as RVM, Tomra, CDSA, and smart counters, number of stations and machines, and throughput per hour. Record staffing levels, operating hours, site size, customer area, and room to expand. Track storage assets including hook bins, single and double cages, materials handled such as glass, aluminum, and PET, and service frequencies. Document home and commercial collections, average and maximum volumes, bulka bag pickups, and logistics schedules. Assess seasonal impacts, road closures, cyclone history, and flood risk to plan capacity and continuity.
