This checklist helps assess warehouse readiness of material handling equipment and facilities using the AMC AOS 5 Habits approach. It covers operational status of MHE and RF/tablet scanners, completion of inspection sheets, battery charging systems, RF networks, lighting, and dock doors, plates, and safety systems. It also checks blast freezer functionality where applicable, proper lockout/tagout practices, and current tag and test on chargers.
