Use this forklift major service checklist to perform comprehensive scheduled or when-required maintenance. Inspect critical systems including pedal linkage, horn and lamps, tyres and rims, forks, lift chains, mast rollers and mounts, steering axle linkage, and battery. Verify fluid levels and replace consumables: engine and transmission oils and filters, hydraulic oil, hydraulic return and pilot filters, brake cooling oil, radiator coolant, and air cleaner elements. Record equipment number, model, serial and hours, set service intervals, and capture comments. Email completed reports to workshop stakeholders to improve safety, reliability and uptime.
