This Facility PRIDE Walk checklist helps safety teams and managers assess cleanliness, organization, and safety across warehouse and distribution facilities. Audit criteria use a Green, Yellow, and Red grading system, with photos and notes required to justify scores. Items include dock and PIT cleanliness, clear aisles, removal of damaged or exposed cases, proper pallet storage, no cases on floors, under-rack sanitation, clean walls and doors, wrapped and correctly placed top-rack pallets, orderly supply storage, equipment condition, timely trash disposal, clean employee and driver areas, tidy truck yard, and stocked, functioning restrooms. The workflow directs auditors to brief the shift manager after the walk and email results to supervisors, operations, GM, and maintenance. Includes overall PRIDE assessment and acknowledgements.
