Template Form Sertifikasi ESP untuk asesmen tahunan menyeluruh bagi penyedia layanan peralatan. Mencakup verifikasi biodata karyawan, inventaris dokumen, pelatihan dan sertifikasi teknisi, serta kedisiplinan KPI. Menilai kesiapan fasilitas dan tata letak, 5S, area kerja, penyimpanan dan inventaris sparepart. Mengulas proses workshop, field service, dan movement atau delivery termasuk penggunaan ROAM, QC, OPL, scorecard, dan monitoring board. Bagian K3 mencakup JSA, APD, pemadaman kebakaran, LOTO, instalasi listrik, bahan mudah terbakar, MSDS, dan inspeksi peralatan. Terakhir, bagian kinerja memantau KPI layanan seperti Schedule Adherence, Instore Accuracy, Speed To Service, On Time Completion, Repeat Service, Warranty Ratio, dan akurasi sparepart. Sesuai standar CCAI.
