Use this Driver Walk End of Day Sheet to document end-of-shift vehicle walkarounds and key details for transport compliance. Capture vehicle registration, date, driver and mate, end time, and end mileage. Check and record exterior condition including bodywork, tyres and hub caps, mirrors, windows, and tail lift if applicable. Note any new damage and report it to the Transport Coordinator before end of day. Encourage van cleaning to reduce contamination risks. Include incident notes, fuel status, and signatures to complete fleet handover and maintain DVSA-aligned records.
