This racking inspection template helps warehouse and DC teams assess pallet racking for safety and compliance. Capture the location ID, photograph defects, and record issues such as impact damage to uprights, bracing or beams, missing safety pins or floor fixings, dislodged baseplates or rack protection, inaccurate workload signage, damaged pallets, poor pallet positioning, and loose items.
