Sie umfasst Fahrzeug- und Stellprüfung (Unterlegkeil, Zusatzstützen, Schild), Fahrer- und Dokumentencheck (ADR-Bescheinigung, schriftliche Weisung, Beförderungspapiere), Laderaumkontrolle (sauber, trocken, geruchsfrei, keine Rückstände), Türen und Dichtungen, CSC-/ACEP-Plakette, zulässige Stapellast, Wände/Dach, Rahmen und tragende Teile. Zusätzlich werden Ladungssicherung, Gefahrgutkennzeichnung, Trennvorschriften, Plomben und Plombennummern, MAXPAYLOAD-Abgleich sowie Fotodokumentation und Unterschriften nach der Beladung abgefragt.
