This aircraft care and maintenance assessment helps operators, MROs, and ground crews inspect aircraft placed in storage or long-term parking. It covers documentation controls, segregation of records when multiple aircraft are parked, open revisions for parking tasks, and evidence that required maintenance is performed at the correct frequency. The physical survey section checks security and sealing of doors, protection of pitot-static ports and angle of attack sensors, engine blanking, chocks and downlock pins, stowage of flight controls, flight deck window protection, signs of leakage or damage, and positioning to reduce weather exposure. Use it to coordinate with the operator and certify tasks accurately.
