Forklift Operator Safety Checks

This forklift operator safety checklist supports daily pre-start inspections to keep material handling safe and compliant. It covers documentation checks including license validity and reading the operator manual, a visual inspection for damage and leaks, guards and fire extinguisher status, tyres, wheels and brakes, and condition of grab rails and steps. It prompts fluid level checks for radiator, hydraulics, brakes and transmission; cabin housekeeping; mirrors and lights; and pre-operational checks for seatbelts, gauges, steering, mast, audible warnings and road lights.
