This checklist supports safe, compliant aircraft flight line ground operations in line with AFI 91-203. It covers compressed air controls, flammable materials handling, hot work permits, placement of fire extinguishers, FOD prevention, and flight line driving certification. Operational items include towing team procedures, night operations with luminous wands, taxi and tower communications, engine start protocols with fire guards, hearing protection, jet intake and tailpipe safety, ground safety pin use, and aircraft jacking safeguards. Facility and hangar items address door operation and training, inspections, electrical wiring restrictions, emergency removal procedures, paint and thinner storage, ignition source control, platform and jack safety, flight control movement precautions, and fall protection. Signatures and routing fields are included for supervisory and command notifications.
