Aircraft Document Book Audit Checklist

Use this quarterly aircraft document book audit checklist to verify all required records for domestic and international operations. Items include registration, airworthiness certificate, radio station license, international and Mexican insurance, private flight letter, aircraft noise data, customs overflight letter and decal, EU importation documents, and IS-BAO certification. The checklist also covers company specific crew and maintenance authorizations, emergency contacts, and valid copies of credit cards. Verify FAA letters of authorization including data link A056, ADS-B Out A153, P-RNAV and B-RNAV B034, RNP B036, NAT MNPS B039, and MEL D095, plus RVSM approvals and landing weight modifications. Capture expiries, note deficiencies, and ensure compliance readiness.
