This 214B Aircraft Condition Report template supports comprehensive incoming project assessments for helicopters. Inspect and rate crew and passenger seats, cargo hook assembly, landing gear, doors and windows, fuselage, main rotor blades and hub, pylon and mast, transmission and reduction gearbox, engine compartment, oil cooler and blower area, tailboom, tail rotor driveshaft, intermediate and tail rotor gearboxes, tail rotor hub and blades, and battery systems and wiring. Record 1-10 condition ratings, add photos and references, and note leaks, corrosion, security of attachment, and visible damage. Intended for planning and reference only; not for return to service.
