Waste controls include secure cages, sealed bags with prints, and signed line‑by‑line reviews. Backdoor security checks lockable paperwork, UOD verification, closed loading bays and gates, and visitor logging. News and magazines are verified with PDA check-in, timely returns, and waste report reconciliation. General shrink governance includes an up-to-date board, weekly stock loss meetings, key control, secure cages, door alarms, sealed fire exits, EAS gate logs, visitor badge tracking, CCTV operability, and meat reconciliation.
