Retail Store ROI Survey Checklist

This ROI Survey checklist helps retail teams assess store layouts and operations. Document shopfloor conditions with overview photos, confirm entrance and exit door types, note internal or external shutters, and identify back panels. Verify that fixtures match the store layout and are correctly labeled, and mark all power and data points on the CAD as dropped or chased. Check that structural elements like columns, walls, and doorways are accurately drawn. Capture images of supplier fixtures, including ROI specific suppliers, and mark their positions on the CAD. Review service areas such as desks, the Power Centre, and Tensator barriers, and confirm till counts and locations. Inspect back of house offices, staff amenities, toilets, any BOH tills, the stock room cage, and Gunnebo safes. Record additional internal notes to support retail operations and layout optimization.
