Retail Regional Manager Floorwalk Checklist
by Anne Marie McCourt, from the Community
This floorwalk checklist helps regional managers evaluate retail branches consistently. It covers first impressions, promotional zones, brand areas, flooring, core product displays, point of sale accuracy, pricing brief checks, showroom cleanliness, lifts, toilets and kitchen, office and desk standards, warehouse orderliness, and essential health and safety controls. Capture photos and notes, record issues, and assign corrective actions. Use it each period to verify merchandising, lighting and ticketing are compliant. Scores under 80 percent indicate a revisit is required within seven days.
