Formularz pozwala rejestrować kluczowe dane: numery seryjne i RFID, numery inwentarzowe, datę ważności legalizacji wag, numer SCO na sklepie, orientację Left/Right, montaż uchwytu pod pinpad, oklejenie, komplet maskownic, rodzaj trilight, ewentualne uszkodzenia oraz kontakt z HelpDesk przed demontażem.
