Deze auditchecklist is ontworpen voor Brico winkels om de volledige inventaris nauwkeurig te plannen, uit te voeren en te controleren. Behandel voorbereidende taken zoals locatie nummering, demovoorraad en seizoensvoorraad. Controleer klantenstock, retourstock en cut off procedures, inclusief geblokkeerde goederen en administratie op D min 1. Tijdens de opname bewaak je goederenbewegingen, PDA gebruik en opname van leeggoed. In de analyse controleer je verschillen per drempel, rechtvaardig en registreer correcties in SAP en volg verbeteringen op binnen vijf dagen. Het dossier omvat winkelplan, retroplanning en ondertekende werkdocumenten.
