Deze Audit Dispo RM checklist helpt retail filialen om voorraad- en bestelprocessen systematisch te beoordelen. De audit behandelt KPI's zoals stockouts, over- en onderbestand, LUG en voorraadcorrecties, en gebruikt lijsten uit DWH en AutoDispo. Onderwerpen zijn communicatie en overleg binnen het dispo team, opvolging van to do acties, gebruik van DigiOrd en WWS, en monitoring van open bestellingen. In het filiaal wordt de beschikbaarheid van iPads, registratie en dagelijkse voortgang gecontroleerd.
